This coat was made using a woven fabric spun from organic cotton into nepped yarn in Japan. For the carding process to remove impurities from the cotton, we adjusted the machine settings to create a natural, rustic nepped yarn, preserving the roughness of the organic cotton and resulting in a dry, natural feel. The design takes inspiration from baseball spectator wear by updating it into a general-purpose, contemporary jacket with a relaxed silhouette.
