通常はきれいな表面にするためシルケット加工を施しますが
オーガニック綿の粗野感を出すためシルケット加工をせず
脱脂とワッシャー加工のみで乾燥感のあるナチュラルな風合いにしています
デザインはBaseballのコーチが着用していたジャケットをベースに
春まで着用できるようにシャツ仕様にしました

This Coach Shirt was made using a woven fabric spun from organic cotton into nepped yarn in Japan. Crafting a natural, rustic surface finish while precisely controlling the variations in the neps requires advanced expertise. While mercerization is typically applied to achieve a clean surface finish, we have opted not to use it for this garment. This decision is to preserve the raw feel of the organic cotton, using only degreasing and washer processing to create a natural texture with a dry touch. The design is based on jackets worn by baseball coaches, styled like a shirt suitable for wearing until spring.
