Our raised back Sweat Midneck is made with cotton yarn coated with polyurethane on the front and middle yarn, giving it stretchability. Using a rare Azuma knitting machine, we utilized the shrinkage power of polyurethane to create a distinct condensed feel, giving it the impression of being densely packed. The design has a relaxed fit inspired by the rugged silhouette of baseball cold-weather training wear that emerged in the 1920s to 1940s, so it can be worn alone. The voluminous sleeves were designed with triangular parts to minimize fabric waste, and the shoulder side can be opened and closed with a thick ring snap button, making it easy to put on and take off. You can wear this winter sweatshirt without relying on outerwear even on cold days.
