75% Cotton,25% LinenA special weave with cotton for the warp and a cotton/hemp blend for the weft, with different twill ridge widths on the front and back. As it is dyed in small quantities, it has unique irregularities and wrinkles. Furthermore, after dyeing, the fabric is “sun-dried” without relying on machines such as tumblers. Compared to tumbler drying, the fabric itself is less damaged and has a natural, unwashed texture. This is an environmentally friendly drying method that consumes less electricity. This is a manual process, so it takes a lot of time and effort. The double-layer shoulder parts, pleats on the back and stepped side slits at the hem are specifications unique to shirt tailoring. Coach jacket-derived ring-dot buttons and elastic shirring at the cuffs, plus pockets with convenient side seams for jacket use. The front and back of the fabric are different for each part, which looks slightly different depending on the angle of the light.
