Find your products
Find your favorite products using item categories, PICKUP ITEMS, or the magnifying glass search function.
About ordering
Select the product and click the "Add to Cart" button to proceed to the payment page.
Product sizes can be found on the size specifications listed on the product details page and on the separate size guide page.
The product is not secured when you add it to your cart. The product is secured when you press the "Complete order" button and receive an order confirmation email.
About stock
Even sold-out items may be restocked.
We do not guarantee restocking, but we recommend you to register for our back in stock notifications.
About payment
Payment can be made by credit/debit card or PayPal.

VISA, MASTER cards are accepted.
Foreign currency payments may incur a foreign exchange conversion fee depending on the card in use.
<PayPal>
If Paypal is selected as a payment option, you will be re-directed to the PayPal website to complete your payment.
About shipping
Prices on this website include tax and customs duties for international shipping.
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days from the date of order.
We do not offer a service to combine multiple orders.
Products are delivered by DHL.

You can check the delivery status of your order via the delivery notification service "DHL EXPRESS ON DEMAND DELIVERY". You can also check it at the following link by using the tracking number/Waybill number in the shipping confirmation e-mail.

About account
It is convenient to register for an account (free) when shopping.
If you have an account, you can use convenient functions such as registering your favourite products, receiving back in stock notifications and checking your purchase history via My Page.
About receipt
･For acoout holder
If you have a registered account, you can issue a receipt from your purchase history on My Page(PC users).
Please make a request using the Contact form(mobile users).
･For non-acoout holder
Please indicate that you would like a receipt in the "Remarks" column when placing an order.
About cancellation, returns and exchanges
<Cancellation or change of order>
Please note that we cannot accept any changes (change of product, color, size, etc.) or cancellations of orders after they have been placed. Please check the contents of your order before completing it.
<Returns and Exchanges>
We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons such as "not what I imagined", "It doesn't fit" or "wrong order". However, we will accept returns or exchanges if the product is defective or different from your order. In this case, please contact us using the Contact form within one week after the product is delivered, and return the product to us by the method we specified.
Please note that returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases.
1. returns for the customer's own reason (size does not fit, image is different, wrong order, etc.)
2. the goods that more than 8 days have passed since the date of arrival
3. the goods used
4. the goods that have been soiled or scratched by the customer
5. the goods with detached or damaged product tags, labels, etc.
6. the goods with damaged or missing packaging
*Even if it is a defective product, we cannot respond to items that have passed the deadline.
About customer information and accounts
If customers wish to inquire about, correct, or delete the personal information they have provided to us, we will respond to their requests as soon as reasonably possible.
In addition, we may suspend their account without prior notice if we discover any activity by customers that interferes with the operation of this site.
The same action will be taken if an account under the same name (or virtually the same user) is found in a different account.
Other Notes
Product images uploaded on the site are taken to be as close as possible to the actual color.
Even with the same color name, the color may differ depending on the product, so please check the color on the enlarged image before proceeding with the purchase. Also, please note that there may be slight variations due to monitor and browser settings.
