The Award Jacket is crafted using a blend of dry-looking American and Australian cotton. This “Back Nep” fabric is woven while adjusting the tension on the rapier loom to retain neps (knotted fibers) and strengthen the yarn during weaving. The jacket features a relaxed fit around the arms for enhanced comfort, three-dimensional sleeve construction for ease of movement, and a wide neckline. Made with ample outer fabric, it has a classic facing finish that helps it retain its shape, as well as large, roomy pockets. The ribbing at the collar, cuffs, and hem is made from the same 100% cotton material as our GG Sweat line to ensure overall balance and match the Back Nep body fabric.
