This canvas jacket is crafted from the same sulfur-dyed canvas fabric as the Rookie Pants released in 2013. Unlike typical dyeing processes, this sulfur dyeing process creates intentional wrinkles, uneven coloration, and streaks, enhancing the fabric’s rough, unrefined character. The design of the jacket is based on the iconic, slightly oversized, two-button tailored jackets that were popular among baseball players and commissioners around 1930, featuring a drooping gorge line, side vents, and a rounded silhouette.
