縫製をおこないます
主要部分の縫製は
縫い代がごろつかないフラットシーマですので
着用時の肌面へのストレスが少ないです
首元、袖口、裾は軽さがあり硬めの
針抜きリブを3本針で縫製
着用、洗濯時の伸びを防止します
綿100%の温かみのある肌触りとふっくらとした肉厚な素材感は
シンプルながら独自性のある表情です

The Midneck shirt uses waffle fabric with highly-raised ridges, made by knitting (paralleled) 19//1 Raffy cotton yarn with a double jacquard machine. Raffy is a recycled yarn made from cotton waste, and its distinctive unevenness gives it a classical look. Additionally, in order to prevent distortion and shrinkage due to wear and washing, the fabric is unrolled and allowed to fully relax before being cut and sewn. The main parts are sewn together using flat seams, ensuring that the material lies flat when the shirt is worn and places minimal stress on the wearer’s skin. For the neckline, cuffs, and hem, a stiffer, yet lightweight drop-stitch rib knit was sewn with a triple needle stitch to prevent stretching during washing and wearing. The comfort of 100% cotton and the plush, thick construction give this piece a simple yet unique look. The new “lime” color was inspired by the lime slices that spectators drop into their beer during games.
