By carefully adjusting the knitting density and loop size, the fabric develops a rich, rug-like texture with exceptional softness and durability-qualities characteristic of true loopwheel construction. The garment features a "post-attached hood," a detail found in sweatshirts from the 1930s. Attaching the hood so that the neckline curve and the start and end points align in perfect symmetry is a technique made possible only by the craftsmanship of a long-established sewing factory.
