The Dotsume Tenjiku Jersey Short Shorts are designed for comfort through the heat of summer. Made from ultra-dense 11.5 oz Dotsume Tenjiku, the fabric is knitted from American cotton on old loopwheel machines, creating a uniform, high-density texture that is both durable and supple. Despite its thickness, the fabric softens with wear, becoming more stable and comfortable over time. To balance this weight, the shorts are cut in a cropped length for a lighter feel. Smooth pocket linings reduce friction against the skin, while the design focuses on ease and low stress, even in the hottest conditions. Inspired by the idea of a “Best Nine” for enduring summer, the shorts are available in nine natural colors that integrate easily into everyday wear.
